Creator + Stylist Program

A proposal to build and scale The Solist's creator and personal shopper channels through ShopMy.

The Solist is positioned for revenue growth through a scaled channel of curated tastemakers. A multi-brand jewelry destination offering insider pricing on 10+ known brand partners, plus foundational diamond classics from well-priced in-house label, Ina Mar, the brand and value-props are clear. Tests with creators and personal shoppers, concierge services, and private events have been a success.

What is missing is the infrastructure to activate creators and personal shoppers at scale. There is no ShopMy engine, structured affiliate program, gifting strategy, or flywheel of UGC to fuel paid social, and no repeatable outreach engine for influencer relationships and seeding. Performance marketing is running, but plateauing, and PR did not deliver ROI. The content machine needed to power paid social and TikTok has not been built yet.

The opportunity is significant for four reasons:

Multi-brand leverage: We can identify creators already linking to your brand partners (Roberto Coin, etc.) on other retailers and redirect that affinity to The Solist at better pricing, unique production options, better service, and possibly better commissions.
Gifting economics: Your cost basis on owned jewelry means gifting feels like a $7,000 gift to the creator at a fraction of the cost to you. UGC can be funded with trade vs. cash, allowing us to "punch above our weight" to target top tier creators.
Ina Mar: In-house label margins and owned inventory provide a baseline of supply to fuel (very limited and strategic) gifting without the one-of-a-kind inventory constraints that limit gifting on the branded side. Links can drive transactions to the exact piece the creator is linking to.
UGC pipeline + discovery: The platform offers both the foundational diamond pieces everyone needs and the unique treasure hunt of an estate sale or the world's best sample sale. Limited inventory is a benefit, not a limitation. What the creator is wearing may not be available, but the audience is encouraged to find their perfect piece.
